(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Rihanna allegedly refused to meet Charlie Sheen's fiancee Porn Star Brett Rossi during chance encounter at a birthday dinner, Sheen took to Twitter to post a lengthy rant. Rihanna apparently said no after Charlie, sent a request her way asking for an introduction. Rihanna sent back word that there were too many photographers outside and a meeting was not possible 'at this time.'
