(Phoenix, Arizona) - The owner of a popular Nevada brothel is proposing to open a similar business in Phoenix in time for the Super Bowl. Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof is putting a proposal together to open The Valley of the Sun Bunny Ranch to operate a month before and after the big game. He says he's offering to pay the city a half-million dollars up front. Mayor Stanton's office essentially said don't bother.
