(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Authorities say a deputy Los Angeles city attorney has been arrested on suspicion of possessing and distributing child porn. Christopher Richard Garcia was arrested on Thursday at his home in San Pedro and was subsequently charged. Garcia had posted bail, which had been set at $40,000. Computers and other electronic evidence were seized from Garcia's home during a search in November.
