(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Wayne Static of industrial metal band Static-X has passed away. He was 48 years old. Static married porn star Tera Wray in 2008, and he said Static-X's 2009 album, 'Cult of Static,' was a tribute to her. 'She inspired the lyrics for every song on the record, and she was there the whole time I was writing it,' he said. According to reports, they first met at 2007's Ozzfest, and they lived in Joshua Tree, California.
