(Atlanta, Georgia) - The Georgia House has passed a constitutional amendment charging strip clubs for victims of child sexual abuse. Under the amendment, all adult businesses have to pay $5,000 per year or 1% of their revenue, whichever is greater. The bill's text suggest that consuming alcohol and looking at naked women may entice customers to sexually exploit children making the fee necessary and reasonable.
