(Portland, Oregon) - Portland, Oregon has the most strip clubs per capita of any city... many are calling it 'Pornland.' A 2005 Oregon Supreme Court ruling declared that nude dancing and live sex shows were permissible as defined in Oregon's Constitution. Other incentives include a low liquor license price of $400 and the fact that many dancers are 'independent contractors', meaning no employee costs for club owners.
