(Chula Vista, Calif.)- The owners of a controversial Chula Vista strip club, which offers nude lap dances, will fight to stay open, even after a judge ordered it to shut down. EyeCandy Attorney Roger Diamond said his client will appeal the ruling. The city sued EyeCandy in June 2013, stating it violated fire, sign, building and zoning codes. Chula Vista said it was a public nuisance and asked a judge to order that it close.
