(Carson City, Nevada)- Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss is upset about the sale of her black book as the celebrity clients named in it. Fleiss appeared alongside her former fiance and owner of the Moonlite BunnyRanch brothel, Dennis Hof, who said he had hired investigators to find the Gucci address book. Failing that, he's willing to purchase the book 'to protect Heidi's clients. I don't care if it's a million dollars,' he said.
