(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Josh Duggar has filed a motion against the porn star who is suing him for battery. Danica Dillon filed a complaint in Nov. saying Duggar manhandled her in a way that "felt as if she were being raped." Dillon, alleged these incidents occurred in March/April after Duggar approached her at strip clubs in Phili. Duggar's motion claims Dillon can't provide enough detail or evidence to support her accusations.
