(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Hugh Hefner's California Playboy Mansion is on sale for $200 million and has sparked the interest of Hef's long time rival Larry Flynt. Flynt apparently wants to turn the iconic party palace into The Hustler Club and Hustler Mansion. Flynt believes the Mansion is only worth $40 million but is willing to double the amount and offer $80 million to honor the iconic value of the property, according to sources cited by TMZ.
