(Indianapolis, Indiana) - The family of a girl who accused Jared Fogle of conspiring to record her nude agreed to drop her lawsuit against him in a court filing Thursday. The Indiana girl identified as Jane Doe and her family said in a filing in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis that they would dismiss the $150,000 suit against the disgraced Subway pitchman and his former business partner, Russell Taylor.
