(Los Angeles, Calif.) - A California man charged with having child porn is challenging the discovery process in court. The Geek Squad technicians told him that all of the info on his hard drive would be lost if they didn't send to a Kentucky data recovery center. Geek Squad technicians at a Best Buy repair shop in Kentucky have reportedly been receiving payments from the FBI after alerting them to signs of child porn on customer PCs.
