(Dallas, Texas) - Exxxotica's fight with Dallas City Hall is moving to New Orleans. The porn expo's attorneys filed a notice of appeal in federal court this month, less than a month after U.S. District Judge Sidney Fitzwater dismissed Exxxotica's lawsuit against the city. The suit was initially filed in February 2016 after a majority of the City Council voted to ban the event from returning to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
