(St. Louis, Missouri) - A federal judge in St. Louis has approved an $11.2 settlement in a class action lawsuit against Ashley Madison related to a data breach that exposed information stolen from the dating website for those seeking extramarital affairs. Terms of the proposed settlement with Ruby Corp., the parent company were reported last week. A final approval hearing for the suit is set for Nov. 20.
