(Los Angeles, Calif.) - In documents obtained by ET, Hugh Hefner's trust indicates his wife and four children must not take illegal substances or become dependent on illegal substances or alcohol in order to access their trust. As well as the terms above, the document states the trust can request drug tests should they suspect abuse, while, if 'examinations indicate no use for 12 months' funds may be reinstated.
