(Washington, DC) - $130,000 in hush money paid by Trump lawyer Michael Cohen to porn star Stormy Daniels is an illegal Trump campaign contribution, according to Trevor Potter, former FEC chairman. Potter, who was appointed by President George H.W. Bush, told Anderson Cooper in a '60 Minutes' interview on Sunday that the payment could be used by Special Counsel Robert Mueller in his mounting case against Trump.
