(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Stormy Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti has filed a motion in federal court seeking to depose Donald Trump and his lawyer Michael Cohen to ask about a $130,000 payout before the election. In papers filed in Los Angeles federal court, Daniels' attorney argued that Trump needs to be asked what he knew about the nondisclosure agreement and whether he approved it. A hearing date is scheduled for Apr.30.
