(Los Angeles, Calif.) - A federal California judge struck down a request from Stormy Daniels Thursday to have Donald Trump and his lawyer Michael Cohen testify under oath, but the porn star's attorney contended that the ruling was a move in his client's favor. On Tuesday, Daniels filed legal papers asking for a jury trial within 90 days of a judge's order and the opportunity to depose Trump and Cohen.
