(Washington, DC) - Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle is continuing his legal fight against his 2015 child porn convictions alleging judicial fraud and seeking $57 million in damages. He claims that the judges and prosecutors filed bogus conspiracy charges and coerced him to plead guilty to allegations that he traveled across state lines to engage in sex with a minor and possessed child pornography.
