(Los Angeles, Calif.) - A Federal judge Friday declined an immediate ruling on a bid by lawyers for Donald Trump and his lawyer, Michael Cohen, to delay a lawsuit filed by Stormy Daniels over her alleged sexual tryst with Trump in 2006. The judge says it is not enough for Cohen's attorney to file on his behalf. Neither Cohen nor Daniels attended the one hour hearing, which and was packed with reporters and spectators.
