(Washington, DC) - The Supreme Court ruled Monday for a Colorado baker who wouldn't make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple while not deciding the bigger issue in the case, if a business can invoke religious objections to refuse service to gays and lesbians. The justices' found bias in the Colorado Civil Rights Commission when it ruled against baker Jack Phillips, voting 7-2 that Phillips' First Amendment rights were violated.
