Judge Won't Stop DeVos Rule From Taking Effect

The regulations in question, issued by Betsy DeVos May 6, set out the rules for how K-12 schools, colleges, and universities must respond to reports of sexual harassment and assault under Title IX, the federal law that prohibits discrimination in education on the basis of sex.
