(Washington, DC) - Lindsey Graham has scheduled a committee to discuss a new bill, S. 4632, he called the Online Content Policy Modernization Act, which would undermine the First Amendment with a new notion of "objectionally reasonable belief," changing wording to single out "material.. that has an objectively reasonable belief is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy.. whether or not (it is) constitutionally protected."
