(Los Angeles, Calif.) - A California judge ruled Monday that a rape case against former 'That '70s Show' actor Danny Masterson can move forward. Masterson, 44, is accused of raping three women at his Los Angeles home in the early 2000s. He's scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 2, the judge ruled Monday, rejecting his lawyer's argument that the allegations were too old for him to faces charges.
