(Washington, DC) - President Biden's administration on Friday revoked a last-minute memo issued by former President's DOJ that sought to limit the scope of a landmark Supreme Court decision on workplace discrimination against the LGBTQ community. President Joe Biden's first actions in office was to issue an executive order barring workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.
