(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Comedian Chris D'Elia is being sued for allegedly violating federal child porn and child sexual exploitation laws. According to the lawsuit, which was filed in federal court in Los Angeles on Tuesday, D'Elia solicited more than 100 sexually explicit photos and videos from the plaintiff, half of which were taken when she was 17 years old. D'Elia was 34 at the time. The plaintiff is demanding a jury trial.
