City Turns Off Utilities To Club Over Code Violations
(San Antonio, Texas) - The City of San Antonio inspectors issued a pair of citations over the weekend to XTC Cabaret. The citations were due to flagrant violations of COVID-19 protocols. An inspection of XTC Cabaret, where the power and water had been disconnected, found a generator running and the club's sign lit. Officials want the the club shut down and the property boarded up for a year.
