(Boston, Mass.) - An artist whose luxury Martha Vineyard home was turned into a porn set without her consent has reached a settlement with the porn company. Terms of the settlement are not included in the documents filed with U.S. District Court in Boston. The case was scheduled to go to trial Aug. 5, but that has been canceled as a result of the July 23 settlement. The two sides were in mediation prior to the settlement.
