Jimmy Flynt Sues For Share Of Late Brother's Trust
(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Jimmy Ray Flynt, the younger brother of Hustler founder Larry Flynt, has revived a longstanding family feud by filing suit against the late porn mogul's widow, Elizabeth Flynt, seeking half of the trust that was left to her when the elder Flynt died one year ago. Jimmy Flynt filed the new suit February, claiming his brother had repeatedly promised he would be made a beneficiary of his trust.
