Josh Duggar's Defense Files Appeal In Child Porn Case
(Fayetteville, Arkansas) - The defense team for former reality TV star Josh Duggar has filed an appeal after he was sentenced for receiving child porn. The appeal was filed Friday in the U.S. District Court Western District of Arkansas. The judge sentenced Duggar to 12 years and seven months in prison, one day after denying a defense motion to overturn the guilty verdict on grounds of insufficient evidence or to order a new trial.
