(Tacoma, Wash.) - Nick Carter has been accused of raping a woman and infecting her with HPV, when he was touring with the Backstreet Boys, in a new civil lawsuit. Shay Ruth, alleges that Carter sexually assaulted her in 2001, when she was 17, after a concert in Tacoma, Washington. She claims Carter invited her onto his tour bus, gave her alcohol, assaulted her and warned her against telling anyone.
