(Phoenix, Arizona) - A Phoenix police officer is being investigated for allegedly making and distributing porn while he was on duty and working from home. Officer Christian Goggans, 30, has allegedly been disseminating adult videos starring himself through a public Twitter page using the handle "Rico Blaze", citing anonymous sources. The "Rico Blaze" account has since been switched to a private setting.
