(Los Angeles, Calif.) - The 47-year-old actor, Danny Masterson will be facing a retrial on multiple charges of rape a bit later than initially scheduled. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo ordered the second criminal trial moved to get underway April 11 with jury selection. Originally set for March 29, the move was to accommodate potential witnesses. His first trial ended in a mistrial in November, 2022.
