(Los Angeles, Calif.) - One-time adult industry photographer Gareth Pursehouse appeared in a criminal court this week to face the capital case against him for killing Hollywood sex therapist Dr. Amie Harwick. She died after she was thrown from her balcony on Feb.15, 2020. Pursehouse was arrested and charged with one count each of murder and first-degree residential burglary with the special circumstance allegation.
