(Las Vegas, Nevada) - The Backstreet Boys member is facing a third sexual assault lawsuit, this time from a woman who alleges he assaulted her when she was 15. A woman identified as "A.R." alleged that Nick Carter assaulted her multiple times in 2003. In the filing, A.R. claimed that he engaged in sexual acts with her without her consent, that he didn't use protection, and that he instructed her to keep that incident a secret.
