(Moscow) - Russia's Supreme Court has ruled that LGBTQ activists should be designated as "extremists", in a move that representatives of gay and transgender people fear will lead to arrests and prosecutions. The court ruled on Thursday that "the international LGBT public movement and its subdivisions" were extremist, and issued a ban on its activities on the territory of Russia.
