(San Diego, Calif.) - Aylo asked a California federal judge during a hearing on Monday to drop trafficking claims in a sweeping lawsuit brought by a former GirlsDoPorn model. Kristy Althaus's 2023 lawsuit alleges that she was sex trafficked by GirlsDoPorn, and that "she was raped on camera and had her reputation destroyed by Pornhub when it illegally hosted the video and promoted it through social media," Law 360 reported.
