Civil Liberties Orgs File Amicus Briefs In Texas AV Case Appeal
(Washington, DC) - A slate of civil liberties advocacy organizations and rights groups have filed amicus briefs in support of the Free Speech Coalition and some of the world's largest adult entertainment platforms in their petition to the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a ruling by the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirming a Texas age verification law as constitutional.
