(Indianapolis, Indiana) - A U.S. district court in Indiana has blocked the state's age verification law from taking effect July 1. In his decision, the judge concluded that the law "likely violates the First Amendment" and echoed many of its critics such as pointing out how the law could be easily circumvented with technology and the broad, vague scope of the law.
