(New York, New York) - Donald Trump has asked a New York judge to dismiss his criminal hush money case and vacate his conviction by arguing the trial was tainted by evidence and testimony that the Supreme Court's landmark ruling on presidential immunity now makes off-limits. Judge opted to delay Trump's sentencing, originally scheduled for July 11 until Sept. 18 to consider the implications of the Supreme Court's ruling.
