(Cincinnati, Ohio) - The U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has now blocked the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) net neutrality rules until the end of litigation. The court added that internet service providers and broadband providers suing the FCC are likely to win in the immediate legal challenges. Due to that, net neutrality might be at the end of its brief history since being reinstated after being repealed in 2017.
