(New York, New York) - Donald Trump will not face criminal sentencing in New York for his state felony convictions ahead of the November election. The New York judge said Friday the new sentencing date will be November 26. Trump is the first-ever former president to become a felon. He was convicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records that centered on hush money payments to a porn star ahead of the 2016 election.
