Trump's Pentagon Pick Faced Sex Assault Allegation
(Washington, DC) - Pete Hegseth, Donald Trump's pick for secretary of defense and a former Fox News host, was investigated in 2017 over an alleged sexual assault at a California hotel that was hosting a gathering of Republican women, police said Friday. Hegseth began working at Fox News in 2014 and began co-hosting "Fox & Friends Weekend" in 2017. Trump raised eyebrows when he named Hegseth as his Defense secretary pick.
