Court Rules That Meta Illegally Censorsed Porn Star
(Bogota) - The Constitutional Court of Colombia ruled in favor of popular porn star and adult content creator Esperanza Gomez, 45, in a lawsuit she brought against Meta Platforms, the American parent company of social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and WhatsApp. The South American country's highest court ruled that Meta violated Gomez's freedom of expression.
