Ohio AG Threatens Action Against 'Major' Adult Sites
(Columbus, Ohio) - Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced today that his office is sending "notice of violation" letters to 19 adult websites for failure to comply with the state's recently enacted age verification law. According to a news release, Yost ordered a review of 20 "major websites that advertise adult content," which found only one in compliance. None of the 20 sites was named.
