Supreme Court Declines To Revisit Gay Marriage Decision
(Washington, DC) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a case challenging its landmark decision to legalize gay marriage nationwide. The court rejected an appeal from Kim Davis, a former Kentucky county clerk who drew international attention when she refused to issue same-sex marriage licenses despite the 2015 decision, Obergefell v. Hodges, due to her religious beliefs.
