'West Wing' Actor Timothy Busfield Surrenders To Police
(Albuquerque, New Mexico) - The former West Wing actor who's married to Melissa Gilbert turned himself in. Timothy Busfield, 68, faces two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse, according to the arrest warrant. An investigator with the Albuquerque Police Department filed a criminal complaint in support of the charge, which says a child reported that Busfield touched him inappropriately on the set.
