(Camarillo, Calif.) - "Home Alone" star Daniel Stern, 68, was busted for allegedly trying to pick up an escort in the holiday season. Stern, best known for playing Marv Murchins in the beloved 1990 Christmas film, was given a citation for soliciting a prostitute at a hotel, on Dec. 10, TMZ reported. He was not arrested in the case. Soliciting a prostitute is a misdemeanor and violators can face up to six months in jail or a $1,000 fine if convicted.
