(Albuquerque, New Mexico) - Emmy-winning actor Timothy Busfield has been indicted on four counts of criminal sexual contact of a child. The charges against him stem from allegations brought by child actors he worked with on the New Mexico set of the Fox series The Cleaning Lady, which he directed and produced. His lawyers have said the actor was being accused as an act of revenge after the children had been terminated from the series, which angered their mother.
