(Plymouth, Massachusetts) - The Plymouth police officer and her husband were arrested on multiple charges involving the sexual assault of a child. Officer Samantha Pelrine, 31, and Daniel Forand were taken into custody by Massachusetts State Police at their home without incident. Pelrine is being charged with three counts of aggravated rape of a child and one count of statutory rape of a child.
